Nearing the end of the Beijing 24 are 2 beautiful postures - Jade Lady right and left (also known as Fair Lady Works the Shuttles) and Needle at Sea Bottom. These postures appear in other short forms as well. Needle at Sea Bottom is usually completed in a right cat stance, but it can also be practiced on the other side as well.
