I hope you are enjoying the RMTC videos. We enjoy developing the content but the actual filming is heaps of fun. We have two new videos about to be released - 5 Form Modified and 10 Form, so practice the stepping and postures from previous videos so you are well and truly ready to learn the Form.
To make sure you have time to practice, it’s a good idea to work out a weekly programme so Tai Chi is seen as part of your day. If you know you have a busy day or week ahead, plan accordingly and choose the videos which will fit into your schedule. Always start with a warm-up, then, if you don’t have a lot of time, choose a shorter Standing Meditation or Shibashi video. If you want more of a challenge and have more time, choose the longer videos that teach principles, stepping or postures.
Learning tai chi is a long but enjoyable journey, and with practice, you will soon feel less stressed, more centred and more able to deal with the challenges of daily living.
Use this Forum to ask questions, make comments and to share your tai chi journey with the RMTC community.
