Here is a lovely little challenge for you! Based on the 5 Form postures, the stepping is modified, making it a Form suitable for small spaces. Rather than travelling forward, the first part of the Form steps forward, and then back. Then, a 90-degree turn is introduced. Suggested preparation for this session: practice the 5 Form, and practice 90-degree stepping.
