This Glossary explains in simple language, many of the terms we use in tai chi. To further your understanding, you are encouraged to research concepts and ideas in which you are interested. You will find that all concepts and principles are related and intertwine with each other, so the exercises and Forms we learn in class have relevance to all aspects of Tai Chi.
