Shibashi Set 2 is a little more challenging than Set 1. Still with 18 different exercises, some movements require balance, coordination, and leg strength. Modifications are always advised and with practice, balance, coordination, leg strength and confidence will improve.

    Learn the beautiful set of Shibashi 2, beginning with the first three postures, Regulating the Chi, Guiding the Chi Along the Microcosmic Orbit, and Wind Blowing Through the Willows. Front and back views are included for Wind Blowing Through the Willows as this is a difficult exercise to master.
